Shipping

Most orders take 24 hours to process and then are immediately dispatched to your doorstep.  We provide you with a tracking number so you can see exactly where your purchase is at all times.  We include free shipping on all orders, however please notice that if your country charges a customs fee, VAT or tax, the customer is responsible for this payment.  If you have any questions throughout the delivery process please don't hesitate to contact us at support@angelstouchaesthetics.com.  Average shipping times are:

Returns

We accept returns for undamaged items up to 30 days after your purchase arrives and will provide you with a full refund.  Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA (USA).  If you have additional questions or concerns please contact us at support@angelstouchaesthetics.com. 

Refunds/Order Cancellations

If you contact us within 24 hours of making a purchase requesting a refund/cancellation of your order then we will immediately give you a full refund.

Lost Or Missing Packages

Angel's Touch Aesthetics is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the order that was made for you at no charge.

Angel's Touch Aesthetics is not liable for stolen packages.  If the postal service has recorded that they have delivered your package then we are no longer liable for that item.  If you don't believe that you received your item or you think that it was stolen you will want to contact your local post office with your tracking # and file a theft report.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Angel's Touch Aesthetics will always do it's best to get you your order as fast as possible.  In events such as unexpected border patrol, customs, carrier service delays due to logistics companies shutting down for weather, military reasons, or health risks we are not at fault for shipping delays.  We will get your package to you as fast as possible while abiding to the given countries laws.
